Enrolment application for clinical examination (NZDHREX)
If you are confident that you meet all the eligibility criteria as listed you can submit an application to allow the Dental Council
to determine your eligibility to enrol in the clinical examination.
You are required to submit the following to the Council:
- an application for enrolment in the clinical examination form (DE002)
- all supporting documentation indicated on application form
- the examination fee
Applications for the assessment of eligibility for enrolment in the clinical examination are valid only for the next available
examination session when the applicant has been granted a place in that session. If an applicant is declined a place in the next available
examination session, or fails to pass the examination, they will be required to submit a new application for assessment of eligibility in
order to enrol for and sit the next available clinical examination session.
