Links are provided to the decisions in the disciplinary proceedings from the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal, the previous Dentists Disciplinary Tribunal and the courts, as relevant, for those practitioners.

Disciplinary decisions for oral health practitioners

There may be more than one decision link for an individual practitioner. For instance, the Tribunal can issue a substantive decision on the disciplinary charges separately to a subsequent decision on penalty. There may also be links to a High Court decision if there was an appeal against any aspect of the Tribunal’s decision. Additional links may also indicate a practitioner has faced disciplinary proceedings on more than one occasion.
