Consultation on proposed revised Naming policy

The Council, as required under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act, has completed its three yearly review of the Naming policy.

The Council is proposing minor technical and legal changes to the Council's Naming policy following the review. The Naming policy is what guides the Council when considering whether to publish a notice naming a practitioner.

The proposed changes focus on improving clarity and transparency in the current policy.
